2017 Pinot Noir - Muns Vineyard
TASTING NOTES
The Muns Vineyard, situated at 2600’ in the Santa Cruz AVA, produces pinot noir that exemplifies the AVA’s characteristic minerality that is often found in great Burgundys. It is what originally attracted me to this vineyard. The 2017 vintage shows off this beautiful note with great fanfare. Coupled with black cherry fruit, natural acidity and plush tannins makes the 2017 one of the best vintages yet.
